1/3 to 1/2cupdiced oniondepends on taste, or 1/4 cup dried onion flakes
1 8oz.block of cream cheese
1/4tsp.black pepper
grated cheese
crumbled bacon
diced green onions
Instructions
In your slow cooker add frozen potatoes, 2 cans of chicken broth, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup diced onion. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
Add in 8 oz. block of cream cheese, Stir till well mixed. Cook an additional 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
Ladle soup into large bowls and top with grated cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions.
