Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup finely shredded carrots - about 1 carrot
  • ¾ cup Chopped Celery
  • ¼ cup finely chopped green onion
  • 2 4 ounce bags frozen Wild Caught Salad Shrimp-rinsed and drained
  • 1 16 ounce bag of small pasta shells, cooked al Dente
  • 1 ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • Coarse Black Pepper and Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Place the washed and rinsed shrimp, cooked pasta shells, shredded carrots, chopped celery and green onion in a large bowl.
  • Place Mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper and lemon juice in a small bowl. Mix until smooth. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients, stir to combine.
  • Place in a covered bowl and chill for 2 hours or overnight.
