- 3 cups cooked chicken chopped, (can use rotisserie chicken)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of corn drained
- ¼ cup minced onion
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 medium size bag of nacho cheese Doritos crushed
Preheat oven to 350°
Lightly spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Reserve one cup of cheese. In a large bowl mix together chicken, sour cream, soup, corn, minced onion, 1 cup of cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Mix everything until combined.
Spread bottom of pan with half the bag of crushed Doritos. Pour chicken filling over crushed chips. Top with remaining grated cheese. Finish by spreading remaining crushed Doritos over cheese.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly.
