Homemade Pizza Rolls

Copy Cat Homemade Totino's Pizza Rolls made with golden crispy deep fried Egg Roll wrappers filled with your favorite pizza toppings and served with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Italian Sausage cooked and drained
  • 8 ounces sliced pepperoni chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup bottled spaghetti sauce
  • 24 egg roll wrappers
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Vegetable Oil for frying
  • Parmesan Cheese and chopped parsley for garnish
  • 1/2 cup bottled marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Italian sausage, and favorite spaghetti/pizza sauce.
  • Place about two tablespoons of filling into the middle of each egg roll wrapper, then brush the edges of each egg roll with water, fold in the sides and roll closed.
  • Add 3 inches of vegetable oil to a dutch oven and heat to 357° degrees with a thermometer and fry the egg rolls for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Place on paper towel lined baking sheet to absorb any excess oil. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan Cheese and chopped parsley. Cut in half and serve with bottled marinara sauce for dipping.
