- 1 15.25 oz Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup soften butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Line two cookie sheets with silicone baking mats or parchment paper.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, or a large mixing bowl, add cake mix, soften butter, eggs and vanilla. Mix on low speed, or by hand, until smooth. Mix in chocolate chips.
Cover and chill dough for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Remove cookie dough from refrigerator and roll 2 Tablespoons of dough into a ball. Place on prepared cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until done on the top (cookie is no longer glossy).
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly on cookie sheet. About 3 minutes. Remove and place cookies on a cooling rack until cool. Store in air tight container up to 3 days.
