Easy Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Easy Double Chocolate Chip Cookies made with dark chocolate cake mix, butter, eggs, and lots of decadent semi-sweet chocolate chips for a delicious rich chewy treat! The Ultimate Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15.25 oz Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup soften butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Line two cookie sheets with silicone baking mats or parchment paper.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, or a large mixing bowl, add cake mix, soften butter, eggs and vanilla. Mix on low speed, or by hand, until smooth. Mix in chocolate chips.
  • Cover and chill dough for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Remove cookie dough from refrigerator and roll 2 Tablespoons of dough into a ball. Place on prepared cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until done on the top (cookie is no longer glossy).
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly on cookie sheet. About 3 minutes. Remove and place cookies on a cooling rack until cool. Store in air tight container up to 3 days.
