Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces sliced white mushrooms
  • 1 10.5 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup red cooking wine optional, substitute with beef broth
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1/3 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon dried Parsley or 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley
  • 1 lb. Rotini or Egg Noodle Pasta cooked per package instructions

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, with 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil and 1 Tablespoon butter, add sliced mushroom and onions. Saute until mushrooms are tender and onions translucent. Add garlic. Saute for 1 minute.
  • Add ground beef to mushrooms mixture. Cook until ground beef is brown and no longer pink. Drain beef mixture if necessary. Add spices and seasonings.
  • Reduce heat to medium. Add canned soup, sour cream, cooking wine, or broth. Stir and continue to cook over medium heat until well combined. Reduce heat to low, allow mixture to simmer for 5 minutes until flavors combine.
  • Add ground beef gravy to prepared pasta. Stir to combine. Serve.
