Best Caramel Apple Cider Floats

This delightful recipe combines the crisp tang of apple cider with the creamy richness of vanilla ice cream, topped off with a drizzle of warm caramel sauce and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sparkling apple cider or ginger ale
  • ½ cup apple cider
  • 1 –2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • Whipped cream nutmeg, and cinnamon for garnish if desired.

Instructions
 

  • In a large glass, drizzle one tablespoon of caramel sauce around the inside of the glass.
  • Add 1–2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Pour ½ cup of apple cider over ice cream followed by 1 cup of sparkling apple cider.
  • Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon if desired, and the remaining caramel sauce.
