Salted caramel is all the rage right now and rightly so! I decided to jump on the band wagon! Boy am I glad I did! These Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies are the VERY BEST cookie I have EVER made or eaten! This recipe makes a big batch of cookies, but you can cut the recipe in half so don’t let that scare you off. You don’t want to miss making these! Mars and I just about went into a cookie coma over here at our Nest this weekend gorging ourselves on these beauties! I’m proud to say these are my own creation and it was worth burning a few brain cells to come up with them! You NEED these in your life! They are every bit as good as they look!
