Summer is all about the grilling! I love kabobs with big chunks of meat and fresh vegetables. I’m not a huge fan of shoving it all on bamboo skewers that invariably split and cause colorful language when they go under my skin! So I decided to deconstruct them and grill it all in a grilling basket on the BBQ! Amazing!
