I know I keep raving about Fall! I can’t help myself. I don’t know if it’s the anticipation of getting together with family and friends for the Holidays, the Holiday baking, or if it’s everything that goes with the season. Football, Falling Leaves, Pumpkin patches, and Apples. That’s right… Fall means Apple Season! I love Apple Pie, Caramel Apples, and this wonderful Apple Cobbler! It’s simply the BEST! Kinda like this time of year.

I love the tastes and smells of Fall! This cake is one of my favorite annual traditions and it started years ago with one of my aprons. That’s right..my Apron! What? Doesn’t your Apron give you delicious cake recipes? Hmmm…maybe mine is magical? Okay it’s not really magical…but this recipe is!
I’m kicking off my very First Annual “Fall Fest” here at Norine’s Nest with this AMAZING Rich and Creamy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cheesecake! Don’t let the word “cheesecake” scare you off! I’m giving you step-by-step instructions and it is so simple you’ll be wondering why you’ve put off making cheesecakes for so long! If you’re a long time cheesecake baker then you’re going to love the flavor combination and ease of this recipe! It’s sure to become a family tradition at your holiday dinner table!
Fall just isn’t Fall at this Nest until I’ve made my Double Caramel Apples! I ramp it up… of course… by adding chopped nuts and drizzled chocolate! This is one of our favorite Fall treats! It’s a family tradition! I’ve been making this recipe for the past 18 years! You’ll be shocked how they taste just like those expensive apples you buy from a certain Rocky Chocolate Store for a fraction of the cost. They are so easy to make! We all love this ooey gooey treat! I hope you do too!
Fall is in the Air! I see the golden yellows starting to top all the trees. I’m ready for football, apple cider, cool crisp air, plaid blankets, and pumpkins! I love pumpkins and I love baking with pumpkin! I’m nicely exiting out Summer and welcoming Fall with this wonderfully dense and nicely spiced pumpkin pound cake topped with a sweet rich homemade walnut sauce. Howdy Fall! Come on In!!!
