Years ago I had the most amazing pizza! It was loaded with so many different and unique toppings…prosciutto, arugula, fresh figs, and a balsamic glaze. It’s not the type of pizza I would normally order…but I was so glad I did! It was love at first bite! The flavors combine for the most amazing dinning experience! So, when I ran across some fresh figs a few weeks ago…well, ya know…I had to recreate the JOY!
