Indulgent, chewy, and utterly irresistible, there’s something truly magical about the fusion of white chocolate, buttery macadamia nuts, and rich, creamy pudding in a cookie.

One of my very favorite cookies on the planet have to be the Classic Snickerdoodle! Covered in a light cinnamon sugar, soft, tender, and chewy! They remind me of my childhood! I love to dunk them in hot chocolate or have a few with a big tall glass of ice cold milk! This is the BEST recipe I’ve found and I love that they don’t use cream of tartar…because I’m usually out of it!
Last Week I hosted a “Virtual” Christmas Cookie Exchange with several of my blogging friends. It was so much fun! Today I’m putting them all together in one place with links to each cookie recipe so you can add them to your Holiday Cookie Platter this year!
Let the Holiday Baking begin with a Virtual Cookie Exchange! I’m SO excited!! I’m hosting a week long event this week on my social media channels. I’ve invited six amazing blogging friends to share their favorite Holiday Cookie Recipes with ya’ll! I get to go first with my new favorite sugar cookie! They’re quick and easy to make… festive, and full of buttery sugary goodness! Best of all…They’re sure to be Santa’s favorite too!
I’m pretty sure we all have an “inner” Cookie Monster. Our love affair with Chocolate Chip Cookies start at a young age. There isn’t anything better than an rich and chewy cookie loaded with ooey-gooey melted chocolate and an ice cold glass of milk. I don’t like to brag about my recipes however…this is the exception. These cookies truly are the BEST! They’re perfection. Crispy and crunchy around the edges and chewy and moist in the center. This will become your “go-to” basic dough recipe. You can add anything you want to the mix…just be sure to use the basic mix!
Here it is…The last holiday cookie for 2016! As they say, “I saved the best for last!”. I truly did. It’s no great secret I’m a lover of all things cheesecake! These Cheesecake Cookies, with snicker pieces hiding in the cheesecake filling, are the ultimate holiday cookie! I hope you love them as much as I do! Here’s wishing a very Merry Christmas to all my Nest friends! Enjoy!
I’ve always dreamed of making Linzer cookies for the Holidays. Yesterday was my mad Christmas Cookie baking day and I finally did it! I finally made these beautiful buttery lemon flavored Linzer cookies filled with glistening raspberry jam. What a perfectly delicious combination! Let me walk you step-by-step through the Linzer cookie making process. It’s so easy you’ll want to grab the mixer and whip up a batch for your Holiday Cookie tray!
Who doesn’t like to be surround by a bunch of good looking men! Especially when they are the strong silent type! These Spicy Gingerbread Men with their festive bow ties just seem to shout “Merry Christmas”! To me it just doesn’t seem like the official Holiday baking has started until these guys show up on my counter with their cute smiling faces! A few of these fella’s and a big tall glass of cold milk and what more could a gal want?!!
Que the band! I’ve finally got my act together and have my first Holiday cookie for y’all! Whew! Goodness me I was beginning to wonder if this day would finally get here! It has and it has arrived with one amazing glorious orange flavored shortbread cookie log dipped in semi-sweet chocolate and rolled in chopped pecans! If you’re going to come to the party late…you best show up with something AMAZING and GRAND!
It’s cookie Monday again this week! I promise not every Monday will be cookie Monday, but I really wanted and share these light and fluffy, melt in your mouth Pumpkin Sugar Cookies! I think they are more Snickerdoodle than sugar cookie. What ever you want to call them…I call them delightfully delicious! I love how quickly they came together and how beautifully they bake! I’ve signed-up to be their cheerleader! You’ll want to join the squad just as soon as you make a batch for your Nest! You need these in your life! Let them take you to your happy place!
