Here at “Norine’s Nest” I am all about down home everyday cooking! You know…comfort foods! There’s not a lot of “fluff” in my recipes and meal plans. I’m not a gourmet chef and I’m not trained professionally. I just try to come up with recipes you will want to serve to your family at your “Nest”. Casseroles are just a “main stay” here at Norine’s Nest! I can’t think of a better comfort food than a delicious casserole. I grew up on them. Casseroles are cozy, heartwarming, and say “Home”. They fill little bellies, Daddy bellies, and growing teenage bellies with goodness and love! Let’s face it, every meal a mother, or father, makes is made with love. It’s our way of making sure our family is fed and taken care of. Every act of service we render is out of love for those in our little Nests! This Chicken Noodle Casserole is one such act of love. It’s cozy, it’s warm, it comforting. It goes together quickly too! Which is even better for all us busy Mom and Dad’s trying to do 36 hours of work in a 24 hour day!
