S'mores air fryer dip in a halloween dish with cookies and crackers for dipping.

Are you a S’mores lover? Yes? Well, good news! You can enjoy the gooey goodness of melted chocolate, perfectly toasted marshmallows, and graham crackers right at home. With this quick and easy air fryer S’mores dip!

With all the cute festive holiday marshmallows available these days, it’s an ideal treat for your upcoming Halloween party! Aren’t the little ghosts super fun and spooky?!

It would be a great treat for family game nights, a backyard BBQ, or whenever the mood for something sweet and nostalgic strikes. (Which, if you’re like me, can be hourly, depending on the day! Lol)

  • 26-30 regular sized marshmallows and any additional holiday marshmallows for decor
  • 1 Large (4.25 oz) Milk Chocolate Bar, broken into 16 pieces – I used a Symphony Bar. It’s extra creamy and perfect for this dip!
  • Cookies, graham crackers, fruit, and pretzels for dipping.
Ingredients for Air Fryer S'mores Dip.

This recipe is ridiculously easy and yet yields the BEST S’mores Dip! I’m not a huge s’mores lover, generally speaking, however…this dip is so good I could eat the entire pan by myself! (Again a sign I may need an intervention of some type?)

Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes to 400°.

TIP: NEVER place a liner, empty, in your air fryer while preheating! It will get sucked up into the heat elements above and cause a fire! Always wait to line your air fryer until you are ready to cook.

While your air fryer is preheating, fill a silicone disposable liner, doubled, with the sides with 26–30 marshmallows.

TIP: Be sure to double the liner! It will make it easier to remove after they are soft and toasted!

Carefully drop the filled silicone liner into the preheated air fryer basket. Rearrange the marshmallows if necessary.

Set the temperature on your air fryer to 400° and the timer for 1 minute! YES! Only 1 minute! Truthfully, you need to check the marshmallows at 30 seconds! They toast incredibly fast in an air fryer. They are ready to remove when lightly golden brown.

You’re going to pop them back in again in a minute, so don’t worry…they will get darker.

Don’t they look amazing though?! Perfectly golden brown with a light crisp on the outside and ooey-gooey inside. Seriously, this is the BEST way to toast a marshmallow EVER!

Being careful not to touch the hot air fryer basket, tuck the pieces of broken chocolate in and around the toasted marshmallows.

Pop the basket back in your air fryer for another 5–10 seconds until the chocolate begins to melt. The marshmallows will get a tad darker, which is why I recommend that you lightly toast them the first go around.

Carefully remove the toasted marshmallows from the air fryer basket using tongs and a silicon spatula. Place on a serving tray, or in a pie plate. I like to use a pie plate as it holds up the sides of the liner and makes dipping easier.

If you’re adding holiday marshmallows, this is the time to do it. You can also drizzle the top with caramel topping for added flavor!

For fun, you can add other types of candy like snickers, peanut butter cups, sprinkles, etc. Get creative!

Dip after adding chocolate and it's been in the air fryer for 5-10 seconds.

Serve the dip with a plate of your favorite dippers, like graham crackers, fudge striped cookies, peanut butter cookies, fruit or pretzels.

Now it’s time for the fun part…dunking and dipping! I love dunking chocolate covered graham crackers!

Can you have too much chocolate? That’s a hard NO! The fudge stripe cookies are superb too. I highly recommend them, after several taste tests. (Oh the sacrifices I make…Lol)

Dipping crackers in the s'mores dip.

This Easy Air Fryer S’mores Dip really is fantastic! I couldn’t get over how creamy and luscious it is.

We served this dip to a group of young men from our church who came to help stain our fence. They devoured it!!! It was like a magic trick… Poof! Gone!

What could be better than S’mores Dip without the oven or camp fire? Whether you’re dipping graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit, it’s the perfect dessert dip recipe for any occasion.

Happy Nesting Friends!
