I took my time coming up with spectacular version…tweaking it until I had it just right. I wanted to give you a pie that was piled high with sweet dreamy Mile High Golden Meringue and filled with a slightly tart fresh creamy lemon filling. The results are this superb Mile High Lemon Meringue Pie! It’s Sunshine on a plate!

Finding, and adapting, this recipe, that allows me to make it at home, was a huge “win”! Not only for me… but for all the chicks at this Nest!
