Last month I promised I would share my family’s all-time favorite pie! THIS IS IT!!! Chocolate Chiffon Pie has been a favorite of not only my immediate family, but my extended family, since the day my Mom rolled it out on dessert table at a family holiday dinner! From that day to this… it is still the MOST requested pie at any family gathering! Beware…if you make it once you’ll be making it again, and again, and again, and again…

It’s a family tradition! I’ve been making this recipe for the past 18 years! You’ll be shocked how they taste just like those expensive apples you buy from a certain Rocky Chocolate Store for a fraction of the cost. They are so easy to make! We all love this ooey gooey treat! I hope you do too!
Salted caramel is all the rage right now and rightly so! I decided to jump on the band wagon! Boy am I glad I did! Mars and I just about went into a cookie coma over here at our Nest this weekend gorging ourselves on these beauties! If you’re looking for a GREAT carrot cake this is it! It always receives rave reviews when I serve this cake! Even to those who aren’t carrot cake fans love this cake. I searched high and low to find this recipe. I wanted one without raisins, because they are evil and should not be in baked goods…but one that was packed with all kinds of other fantastic ingredients! The stars of this cake are all winners…coconut, crushed pineapple and chopped walnuts! All brought together with a fluffy cream cheese frosting.
