Place one mini little smokie lengthwise on each dough rectangle.

Wrap the dough around each little smokie. Pinch seam to seal. Place seam-side down on the parchment-lined cookie sheet. Continue until you have wrapped each mini-corndog in the corn dog wrappers.

If you want, but it isn’t necessary, you can insert a bamboo stick into the end of a little smokie. You can also make them without sticks.

Bake for 17 to 21 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the baking sheet and place on a serving tray.

You can top each one with either ketchup or mustard. I drew football laces on the top of mine for Super Bowl Sunday! However, you can also serve them with mini-cups of mustard or ketchup. You could even serve them with my J-dawg’s sauce or Hot Honey!
